Terms of Service
Last updated 30 October 2026
These are the rules for using Vouchnexus. They are written in plain language on purpose: a term you cannot understand is a term you cannot agree to.
Some of our company details are not yet final
Everything below describes exactly how Vouchnexus handles your information today, and you can rely on it. What is still being confirmed is the law that governs these terms and the regulator you can complain to. We publish this page now rather than a placeholder because you are entitled to know what happens to your data before you decide to use the service. This notice will be replaced by those details, and the “last updated” date above will change when it is.
Who you are dealing with
Vouchnexus is operated by Axiom Synapse LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (registered address: 2810 N Church St, PMB 691717, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447, United States). We run a marketplace: restaurants, cafés and other businesses (“merchants”) list offers, and you reserve coupons for them.
Reserving is free, and we never take your money. You pay the merchant directly, at the venue, for what you order. Vouchnexus is not part of that payment.
We are not the merchant.The meal, the service and the experience are the merchant’s. What we are responsible for is the coupon: that you receive it, that it is valid, and that it shows the conditions you reserved it under.
What a coupon is
A coupon entitles you to a specific offer at a specific merchant, subject to the conditions shown on the offer page when you reserved it: the branches where it is valid, the days and hours, any minimum spend, and the expiry date. Those conditions cannot be changed afterwards to your disadvantage.
Coupons expire. A coupon is valid for 14 days from when you reserve it, or until the offer ends if that is sooner. The expiry date is shown before you reserve and on the coupon itself, and we remind you 7 days and 1 day before it passes. An expired coupon cannot be used.
Redemption requires a connection. Staff scan your coupon and our system confirms it in real time. This is deliberate: it is what stops the same coupon being used twice. If a venue has no connection at that moment, redemption may have to wait.
Reserving and cancelling
You reserve with your email address; no account or password is needed. You can hold up to 5 open reservations at a time, across all merchants, so that a few people cannot reserve everything.
You can cancel a reservation at any time before you use it, with the link in your reservation email or from My coupons. Cancelling costs nothing.
Paying at the venue
The price on an offer is what the merchant charges you at the venue, with the offer applied. You pay the merchant in the way they accept, and any receipt for that payment is the merchant’s to give.
Some merchants ask for a deposit or advance payment for certain offers. Where they do, it is shown before you reserve, you pay it to the merchant, and the merchant, not Vouchnexus, is responsible for it, including any refund.
Because we never hold your money, we cannot refund it. If something goes wrong with what you paid a merchant, raise it with the merchant first. If a merchant refuses a valid coupon or does not honour an offer as described, tell us through support: we will look into it, and we may suspend a merchant that does this.
Coupons paid for online before 23 October 2026
Before 23 October 2026, some coupons were paid for online, through Vouchnexus. Those keep the terms they were sold under. You are entitled to a refund of what you paid us if:
- the merchant cannot honour the offer as described;
- the merchant closes, or stops accepting coupons, before yours expires;
- you were charged more than once for the same coupon; or
- the coupon was never delivered to you and we cannot deliver it.
You are not entitled to a refund simply because you changed your mind after using it, or because it expired unused. To ask for a refund, contact us through support. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
If a merchant closes
If a merchant stops trading, its coupons can no longer be used, and we will tell you if you hold one. Coupons you paid for online before 23 October 2026 are refunded, as set out above.
Merch and local makers
Merch and makers’ products are listed for you to browse. They are not sold through Vouchnexus: prices are indicative and set by the seller, and you buy in person from the seller, who is responsible for the sale.
Using the service honestly
Do not:
- copy, forge or resell coupons;
- use someone else’s email address to reserve or claim a coupon;
- attempt to use the same coupon more than once; or
- interfere with the service or try to access other people’s data.
Coupons are cryptographically signed, so a forged one will not pass at the till. If we find an email address being used this way we may stop it reserving.
For merchants
Approval. A new merchant account is reviewed before its offers are visible to customers. Until it is approved, offers can be prepared but are not shown.
Cost. Listing offers is free. We take no commission, we charge no setup or monthly fee, and we do not require exclusivity. If that changes, we will tell you before it applies, and it will never apply to coupons already reserved.
Payments. Customers pay you directly, at your venue. We do not collect their payment and we make no payouts. Coupons paid for online before 23 October 2026 are settled with you on the terms they were sold under.
Your obligations. Honour every valid coupon on the terms you published, keep your offers and branch details accurate, and tell us before you stop trading so we can tell customers holding your coupons.
Suspension. We may suspend a merchant that refuses valid coupons, misdescribes offers, or puts customers at risk. Coupons already reserved remain valid while we sort it out.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that the service will be available without interruption, that any particular offer will exist, or that a merchant will remain on the platform. We do promise that a valid coupon shows the terms you reserved it under, and that a coupon you paid us for before 23 October 2026 will be honoured or refunded.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Changes never apply retroactively to coupons you already hold. Those keep the terms they were reserved or sold under.
Governing law
The law governing this agreement, and the courts that would hear a dispute, are part of the pending company details described in the notice at the top of this page. Until they are confirmed, nothing here limits any right you have under the law that applies to you where you live.
